gada collects the information needed to operate a regulated crypto exchange: full name, email address, government-issued ID, date of birth, and transaction history. We do not collect data beyond what KYC and AML regulations require.

Device data — including IP address, browser type, and operating system — is collected automatically when you access the platform. This data helps detect fraud and maintain account security.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations under applicable financial regulations. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers — ever.

Cookies

gada uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in and maintain session security. We also use optional analytics cookies to understand how users navigate the platform — you can opt out of these in your account settings.

Third-party cookies may be set by our payment processors or identity verification partners. These are limited to the specific service they support and are governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with regulated third parties required to operate the platform — including KYC verification providers, licensed payment processors, and relevant financial regulators when legally required. No sharing occurs outside these categories.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Access to personal data is restricted to gada employees with a documented operational need.

We conduct independent security audits every quarter. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, gada will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

Your Rights

Third-Party Links

gada may contain links to external sites. Once you leave our platform, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required by applicable financial regulations. Data no longer needed for legal or operational purposes is securely deleted.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email and post the updated version at gada/privacy at least 14 days before changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
