Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any service on gada, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and gada. We may update them at any time — continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted Use of the Platform
You may use gada solely for lawful trading and asset management activities. You must not use the platform to launder funds, circumvent sanctions, manipulate markets, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to our security team immediately at security@gada.finance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. Providing false information during KYC verification will result in immediate account suspension.
Intellectual Property
All content on gada — including the trading interface, logos, data feeds, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by or licensed to gada. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
gada is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or user error. Crypto markets carry inherent risk — only trade what you can afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gada's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the trading fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Services
gada integrates third-party payment processors, KYC providers, and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of those third parties. Their own terms apply to services they provide.
Security Obligations
You agree to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) within 30 days of account creation. gada reserves the right to restrict account access if security risks are detected, including unusual login locations or withdrawal patterns.
Your Rights
You retain full ownership of all crypto assets held in your gada account. We do not lend, rehypothecate, or stake your assets without your explicit opt-in consent.
Changes to These Terms
gada will notify users of material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect, via email and in-app notification. The current version is always available at gada/terms.
